So to the pizzas – thin base, crisp, succulent, and fresh – watch them cook in the open kitchen; choose chorizo, oregano, bu alo mozzarella and tomato and the Parma ham, rocket, and bu alo mozzarella pizza with courgette fritti was simply ‘splendido’.
The desserts of strawberry Eton mess and baked vanilla cheesecake with stem ginger are not for sharing!
