A brief chat with head honcho and head chef Nick about guest numbers, requirements – the nature of the evening/celebration and indeed some direction on wine pairings – then just lay the table and sit back and watch the magic unfold...
Arriving with all the tools for the job, your kitchen will morph into a set from Saturday Kitchen – Nick at the helm and one of his highly e cient assistants ‘front of house’ – your house!
What fun – banter over a glass of Champagne and into some highly elaborate and tasty canapés; ham hock, pea and mint with a hidden twist, Thai prawns, cheese shells and mini Welsh rarebit tarts... exceptional.
The starter is as good as it gets – a lobster Thermidor, lump sh roe, wanton crisp with Parmesan shavings – creamy, indulgent and a starter that sets a scene and a standard alongside a beautiful and unusual Saint Clair Pioneer Block Sauvignon Blanc 2014 – sharp and fruity with a long  nish.
