Roth Bar & Grill Hauser and Wirth
The Roth Bar & Grill is one of the most remarkable Feast review venues. It is a multisensory experience and guests are drawn to the outskirts of Bruton for a number of reasons; the stunning and world-renowned gardens designed by Piet Oudolf – home to the Radić Pavilion and a host of outdoor sculptures, the world-class gallery, and multipurpose arts centre, the Farmhouse or indeed the inspiring Roth Bar & Grill.
This is a creative hub, one where La Belle Époque of 20th century Paris meets the Harvest Festival! We were greeted by a long busy bar and service area. The bar, adorned with horticultural object’s d’art, leads to the ‘L-shaped’ restaurant and kitchen. The restaurant is rustic and simple. Eclectic lighting hangs from bare beams illuminating diners, art, and generous  ower displays.
Wife and husband team Jules (restaurant manager) and Steve Horrell (head chef) run a very cool ship. The seasonal menu promises to be sourced from within  ve miles, the meat is native and in most part born and bred on the working farm, and the breads from the neighbouring Chapel (see P8).
Considering the simplicity of the overall proposition, the menu is comprehensive; light meals and starters, burgers, choices from the spit and grill, beef from the salt room, mains, sandwiches, kitchen salads, and an under 12’s menu. Couple
